Which product should I choose?

Choose Transport for general transport operations, LRs, hired vehicles, billing and ledgers. Choose Indhan for petroleum dedicated fleets and oil-company delivery-advice workflows. LTL is planned and is not available yet.

Is WaybillBooks suitable for a small transporter?

Yes. Starter includes 2 users and 200 trips per month. It starts with a 1-month free trial, then ₹799 per month plus GST.

Can I create LRs and GST invoices?

Yes. The Transport product supports LR / bilty creation and GST freight invoicing connected to transport records. Indhan has a different petroleum workflow, including depot-to-bunk dispatches without LR.

Can I manage hired vehicles and customer outstanding?

Yes. Transport supports own and hired-from-market vehicles, customer receipts, vendor payments, receivables and party ledgers.

Can I use it on a phone?

Yes. WaybillBooks works in a phone browser and can be added to your home screen. A separate app-store installation is not required.

Can you help us move from Excel?

Customers and vendors can be bulk-imported from Excel. Vehicle Excel import is not available; vehicles are added in the app. Onboarding help is available. Indhan supports its dedicated delivery-advice import workflow.

Is vehicle tracking included?

Vehicle tracking is an optional paid add-on, enabled separately for your organisation. It is not included in Starter or Essential by default.

What is included and what costs extra?

Each pricing card lists its included features. Additional users, extra POD / file storage, vehicle tracking and custom print layouts are paid extras. Subscription prices are plus GST.

What is different about Enterprise?

Enterprise is quoted for large or multi-branch operations. Discuss custom documents, workflows, branch controls, roles and integrations so the scope matches your business.

When can I start using LTL?

A dedicated LTL product is planned. Its feature scope, pricing and availability will be announced closer to launch. It is not currently offered as a signup plan.
